Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a large donor portfolio (1,500–2,000 households), delivering personalized and efficient support.
- Achieve or exceed metrics for new memberships, renewals, upgrades, and donor retention across annual giving levels of $500 to $10,000.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members by proactively understanding their interests and aligning them with giving opportunities.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and quarterly engagement and fundraising targets.
- Communicate FPBP’s mission, goals, and urgency through various platforms including Zoom, email, text, and phone calls.
- Share regular political updates and policy briefings that energize supporters and inspire deeper involvement.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service via email, phone, and live chat—making every interaction count.
- Identify and cultivate potential new donors, bringing them into FPBP’s mission and encouraging active support.
- Support program recruitment and participation for national and local events.
- Maintain accurate donor records in Salesforce CRM and Outreach.io, including interactions, follow-ups, and projections.
- Adapt to other team-related duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, fundraising, or account management
- Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding revenue and performance goals
- Strong interest in U.S. politics, civic engagement, and the American-first movement
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a service-minded and persuasive approach
- Ability to manage a high volume of work with professionalism and adaptability
- Positive and resilient outlook, with strong judgment and decision-making capabilities
- Tech-savvy: comfortable learning new systems and using CRM (Salesforce) and enablement tools like Outreach.io
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in political organizations or call center environments is a plus
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven and fast-changing environment
Compensation & Work Environment:
- Salary Range: $65,000 to $85,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
- Benefits: FPBP provides a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, paid time off, and other employee perks
- Schedule: Hybrid – three days in-office, two days remote
