Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze donor trends, campaign performance, and engagement data to uncover key insights and make data-informed recommendations to improve fundraising strategy.
- Design and deliver interactive dashboards and real-time reports to track performance, audience behavior, and outcomes.
- Develop visual storytelling tools (dashboards, charts, infographics) that clearly communicate patterns and opportunities to non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply predictive modeling and segmentation techniques to improve donor targeting, retention, and acquisition.
- Collaborate with development and fundraising teams to address their analytical needs, providing clear and strategic data support.
- Integrate data from third-party APIs, CRM platforms, and external tools to create unified and accurate donor databases.
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines that ensure up-to-date and consistent reporting with minimal manual input.
- Establish robust data-cleaning and validation practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of datasets.
- Support team members by training them on data literacy, ensuring they can confidently access and interpret key reports and dashboards.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience as a data analyst, preferably in a nonprofit, fundraising, or political environment
- A strong believer in the mission of promoting a stronger U.S.-American partnership
- Proficient in tools like Tableau, R, and other statistical or data visualization platforms
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages used in analytics and automation
- Comfortable working with large datasets and complex systems, with sharp attention to detail
- Skilled at explaining technical insights to non-technical audiences—clear, persuasive, and collaborative
- Thrives under tight deadlines and can multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Maintains high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
- Works well independently and across departments, with strong interpersonal and team-building skills
Compensation & Workplace:
- Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
