What You’ll Do:
- Lead growth and engagement strategy: Design and implement outreach and fundraising plans that increase support for pro-American political candidates and grow FPBP’s donor base.
- Build strong relationships: Cultivate and sustain personal connections with high-capacity women donors and inspire deeper involvement in FPBP’s mission.
- Expand our network: Identify, engage, and secure support from new donors committed to strengthening the U.S.-American alliance.
- Activate existing supporters: Encourage current members to fulfill pledges and support endorsed congressional candidates.
- Meet key performance goals: Drive quarterly and annual progress in donor retention, acquisition, and upgrades.
- Foster grassroots leadership: Recruit and mentor women to take on active leadership roles in their communities.
- Keep our community informed: Share impactful political and policy updates that mobilize support and spark action.
- Manage donor tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM to track interactions, campaigns, and contributions.
What You Bring:
- Deep passion for supporting American political values and strengthening relationships between the U.S. and its allies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, client relations, political advocacy, or a similar field with a track record of exceeding goals
- Confidence in building relationships and engaging with diverse supporters, including Gen Z women leaders
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and strategic thinker with entrepreneurial energy and a team-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce CRM, Outreach.io, or similar tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Compensation & Culture:
- Competitive salary range: $100,000 – $150,000, depending on experience
