Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive outreach and fundraising strategy focused on supporting pro-American political candidates and expanding FPBP's financial base.
- Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with major donors and engage them in deepening their commitment to FPBP’s mission.
- Identify and engage new prospects who are aligned with pro-American values and capable of making significant contributions.
- Drive participation among current supporters to fulfill pledges and support endorsed candidates at the federal level.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly targets in donor retention, donor upgrades, and acquisition of new supporters.
- Recruit and mentor volunteer leaders to help represent FPBP’s political mission in the region.
- Share timely, compelling updates about legislative developments and political issues to inspire further involvement.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all communications and campaign activities in the Salesforce CRM system.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Strong personal commitment to promoting a robust partnership, with familiarity in related geopolitical and domestic political issues.
- At least 5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, political organizing, or a related field, with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with both new and existing stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills and an entrepreneurial approach to growth.
- Appreciation for FPBP’s bipartisan and issue-focused approach to political engagement.
- Highly motivated and self-directed, while also capable of collaborating within a team structure.
- Effective communicator, both in writing and in person.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
Compensation & Work Environment:
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, based on experience and alignment with role requirements. FPBP also provides a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, well-being, and work-life balance. Our team operates on a hybrid schedule, working remotely two days per week and from our New York office on the other three.
