REGIONAL POLITICAL ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR

Position Overview
FPBP is hiring a Regional Political Engagement Director to build and guide political outreach across the region. This position is responsible for engaging with volunteer leaders, enhancing political fundraising efforts, developing training resources, and promoting grassroots activism. The successful candidate will bring deep political knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a strong alignment with FPBP’s mission of advancing American priorities.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional volunteer leaders and national team members to meet political fundraising benchmarks.
  • Develop and roll out training programs to empower political volunteers in identifying and cultivating new donor relationships.
  • Support political leaders in attending educational forums and strategy conferences.
  • Provide timely research and informational materials to support regional political advocates.
  • Lead onboarding and technical training for FPBP’s political action portal; assist with troubleshooting and user support.
  • Identify and mentor future political volunteers and community leaders.
  • Speak at community events to inspire increased participation in the political process.
  • Prepare and revise written materials used for public speaking, volunteer outreach, and regional communication.

Candidate Profile

·       Strong belief in America First principles and dedication to advancing FPBP’s objectives in national policymaking.

·       Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience.

·       Minimum of five years working in political environments, such as campaign teams, legislative offices, or advocacy organizations.

·       Skilled in both written and spoken communication, with the ability to address diverse audiences.

·       Comfortable managing multiple projects at once while coordinating with various departments and volunteers.

·       Works well in collaborative settings and values team success.

·       Familiarity with political issues, especially those concerning the Middle East, is highly preferred.

Compensation and Work Schedule
This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $137,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. FPBP provides a full benefits package and follows a hybrid work structure, combining three in-office days with two remote workdays per week.
