Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Staff Development
- Lead and manage a team of fundraisers, providing clear guidance and continuous support to help meet ambitious financial objectives.
- Set individual performance benchmarks and monitor progress regularly to ensure goals are met.
- Deliver training and mentorship to elevate the team’s fundraising capabilities and donor engagement techniques.
- Organize regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins to evaluate performance and align strategies.
- Build a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
Fundraising Strategy & Implementation
- Design and execute robust fundraising plans in partnership with senior leadership to achieve both immediate and long-term revenue goals.
- Develop personalized engagement strategies for major donors based on their giving history and interests.
- Collaborate with marketing and program teams to craft donor-focused events, materials, and messaging.
- Continuously evaluate fundraising efforts through data analysis, refining approaches for maximum impact.
Operational Efficiency & Process Optimization
- Improve internal systems and communication channels to streamline fundraising operations and maximize team productivity.
- Regularly review existing workflows and processes to identify areas for enhancement and implement proven best practices.
- Proactively identify and eliminate inefficiencies that impede performance.
Campaign Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze fundraising campaign metrics on a consistent basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Adapt campaign plans as necessary based on results and evolving organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Deep alignment with pro-America and America First values, especially as they relate to U.S. politics.
- At least 7 years of experience in fundraising, business development, or a related field, with a consistent record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
- Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience, with demonstrated success in team development and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Background in political or nonprofit fundraising strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with data analysis capabilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong personal commitment to the mission of FPBP and the U.S. congressional relationship.
