Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Regional Strategy: Develop and execute fundraising and engagement plans aligned with FPBP’s national goals.
- Manage and Mentor Teams: Supervise Campaign Directors and other regional staff. Oversee donor strategy, individual goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development.
- Ensure Communication Alignment: Act as the primary communication link between the Western States region and the Chicago-based national headquarters.
- Track and Analyze Results: Use KPIs, CRM dashboards, and campaign metrics to evaluate progress and pivot as needed.
- Report and Collaborate: Share regular reports and insights with regional staff, National Development, and cross-functional teams.
- Promote a High-Performance Culture: Set clear expectations, recognize success, and foster a results-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Leverage Technology: Ensure effective use of CRMs, analytics platforms, and other tools to improve fundraising and operations.
- Oversee Events and Programs: Guide planning, execution, and evaluation of regional events to ensure cost-effectiveness and measurable ROI.
- Support Operational Excellence: Supervise enablement, operations, and events staff to maintain smooth systems and office functionality.
- Budget Oversight: Lead annual budget planning and monitor financial performance across the region.
- Support Team Growth: Coordinate retreats, training, and professional development opportunities.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Deep commitment to America First values and a strong understanding of U.S. political dynamics, particularly in relation to Middle East policy
- At least 10 years of professional experience in fundraising, sales, or nonprofit leadership
- Minimum 8 years of management experience, with a record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Strategic thinker with a collaborative leadership style and a passion for mentoring staff
- Skilled in managing across departments and functions to unify people around shared outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), donor analytics, and campaign tracking tools
- Financially savvy, with experience managing regional or departmental budgets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire action and articulate a compelling vision
Compensation & Work Environment:
- Salary Range: $200,000 – $225,000, depending on experience and qualifications
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, PTO, and retirement contributions
- Work Schedule: Hybrid model – three days in-office, two days remote
